Hola amigos! As we dive into the vibrant and culturally rich month of Hispanic Heritage, let me take you on a journey that not only celebrates our roots but also strengthens our ties to the community. I’m Ara Maysonet, a proud Puerto Rican woman who embarked on a life-changing journey from Puerto Rico to Florida in pursuit of dreams and opportunities. In this blog post, I want to share a 30-day plan that will allow you to immerse yourself in the beauty of Hispanic heritage while staying actively engaged with your community.
In my career, I had a profound impact as an individual in the community. Through my work, I’ve had the privilege of serving a diverse community. Over the years, I have been rewarded with the opportunity to assist people from different countries, whether they are residents or foreigners. This experience has allowed me to personally engage with and learn from their cultures, languages, and culinary traditions. Even within the Hispanic community, I encountered unique regional differences and language variations. These experiences have shaped my perspective and broadened new horizons, enriching my personal growth and understanding of the world’s diversity.
